Cancellation and Refund Policy

THERAPIST DIDI believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations and refund will be considered only if the request is made two days prior to the allotted session date
THERAPIST DIDI will accept cancellation requests made on the same date as the session (within 24 hours), however the session would be not refundable
In case of complaints regarding the services kindly contact us
In case of any Refunds approved by the THERAPIST DIDI, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
